staff ( miniskirts? or kilts?) and the style of service. Chef Rossi
lets her wacky sense of humor loose with off-the-wall food presentations
and often seves dishes from several different cuisines at a single
event -- she calls her firm "the wildest catering company
this side of the Mason-Dixon line"
